What is Tzatziki?

If you don’t know it, it is a Greek yogurt based sauce. It is quite garlicy (probably not the best thing to eat before a date) and flavoured with lemon juice, cucumber and herbs. Tzatziki tastes amazing with grilled meats (such as Ćevapčići), Mediterranean burgers and salads, Turkish or Greek style pizza, or even chips. It’s the perfect barbecue sauce and we have it whenever we fire up the grill.

Moreover, it is super easy to make and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. Ideally you want to give it a bit of time to chill in the fridge. I usually prepare the sauce first and let it chill while I make the remaining food.
